When we are outside in nature, we can experience ourselves and our environment. We connect with our senses. We see, hear, smell, taste and touch without other distracting influences. In a world increasingly dominated by media, we are more and more flooded by stored information and images. Often there is hardly any time left to respond emotionally to the fleeting sensory impressions. With the meditation walk we want to counteract this. In nature we can reduce stress and tension and connect with ourselves. Mediation means being in the present moment. We will experience this by climbing the mountain to Faja da Ovelha in silence and focused on our breathing. Be with yourself and be aware of everything around you. At the top we will enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and pause for a moment. The path is a bit steep and slippery, so please wear sturdy and stable shoes.
